A much-loved mum died just four days after returning home from a holiday to Egypt. Sandra Phillpott picked up a bacterial infection from an 'unidentified source' while on the dream trip with her twin sister.

At first, doctors treated her for a suspected pulmonary embolism but it was later revealed she was suffering from sepsis and tragically died the following morning.
