But only now are we hearing the full extent of exactly how crushing her diagnosis was on Prince William. Amid the release of his new book Catherine, the Princess of Wales, royal author Robert Jobson spoke to Us Weekly on Wednesday about the diagnosis.

As Jobson indicated, this ordeal has been one of the toughest moments that the royal couple has ever faced — perhaps the toughest considering how badly William first took the cancer news. Per Jobson, the 42-year-old Prince of Wales was “completely crestfallen” over the diagnosis when it was first determined.

Emmerdale's Adam Thomas has opened up about his health struggles in a candid Instagram post, revealing the impact of his medication for Rheumatoid arthritis.The actor and former Strictly star shared a video showing him injecting himself and confessed to fans: "There has to be an easier way than this." Despite trying to stay upbeat, Thomas admitted the treatment is taking its toll, saying: "Don't get me wrong it's worked wonders, but am still in pain and the side effects that this drug has is really taking its toll now!" The Strictly Come Dancing star reached out to his followers for advice, asking: "Is anyone else on this or have been on this and noticed a huge difference in themself." Speaking about the side effects of constant fatigue and nausea, he added: "I feel like am constantly in fog! Drowsy, falling asleep all the time, stomach pain, throwing up." The TV star didn't stop there in seeking support, detailing his experience further and hoping for insights from others: "Maybe it's because I've not been as consistent with it as usual am not sure, but feels as though the side effects are getting worse, and lasting a lot longer." Wrapping up his heartfelt plea, Adam sought alternative experiences, asking: "Has anyone been on methotrexate and moved to something else that worked for them? any help or advice would be great x," reports the Mirror.
