Piers Morgan
Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week.
Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Piers Morgan has taken the plunge and 'blocked' Lydia Bright's mum Debbie after she complained about his negativity surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.
The outspoken Good Morning Britain presenter, 55, decided that enough was enough before cutting ties - albeit loose ones - from the TOWIE star's mum.
Taking to Twitter today, he wrote: "I’ve had to block her [Debbie] now, she was being too negative about me..." The fiery exchange kicked off after one Twitter user penned: "Can’t deal with Piers Morgan anymore. "Started well asking some important questions now all he wanna do is bring people in, interrupt them and try to embarrass them and be negative." The tweet concluded: "He's lost the plot .
