Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan issued an apology on the show on Wednesday after a mishap. It was co-host Susanna Reid who was awarded with the rare comment, after a blunder during the live show.
As the hosts returned from the advert break, Susanna went to address viewers in the normal way. But Piers got there first, saying: "Well, good morning..." Susanna had barely started talking when Piers spoke over her, before realising his mistake - while his pal did manage to complete her sentence, telling viewers: "Good morning, Britain." It was Susanna's line on the autocue, and her turn to address the viewers at home.
