A fuming BBC radio caller said sunbathers breaking the coronavirus lockdown should be shot by the army. Ahead of an Easter weekend that promises scorching temperatures and blazing sunshine, Brits have been urged to stay inside and not jeopardise the progress made so far.
Some parks were shut in London last weekend and Health Secretary Matt Hancock warned that outdoor exercise could be banned. Police have been given permission to move people along and enforce government guidelines.
However, one radio phone-in guest thinks that troops should step in. Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live DJ Jim Davis, a man called Keith bizarrely stated: “I want the military to shoot them.
