Jeff Brazier was visibly moved by his son Freddie's candid discussion about living with ADHD, as the TV star opened up in an emotional discussion.It comes as Freddie, who celebrates his 20th birthday this month, touched on living with the condition during the latest episode of Celebrity Race Across The World on Wednesday.

In a particularly touching scene, Freddie reflected on his early life struggles, sharing that he was diagnosed with ADHD at age 10.
