Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that schools will reopen on Monday, but only for a small number of children in reception, year one and year six.
Teachers and students will have to follow strict social distancing measures under the rules - including limiting class sizes to 15 pupils - as part of measures to make them Covid safe as they re-emerge from locKdown.
Lunch breaks will also be staggered, and one-way systems will be introduced to help keep children safe as they return to education full time.
