The UK’s coronavirus lockdown will continue to next week at the very least, when the Government will set out its comprehensive 5-point plan before the country can re-start, Boris Johnson confirmed on Thursday.
Britain is currently in the middle of its sixth week of lockdown, after businesses, shops, gyms and recreational facsimiles were ordered to close on March 23rd.
Action had been expected to of been taken on May 7th, but it is believed Boris Johnson made the call after he came back to work following his battle with the deadly virus.
