Piers Morgan lashed out at "pathetic" parents for attempting to "sneak" their children into school - despite not being key workers.
Last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that schools would be closing after Friday to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
However, he confirmed that the children of key workers, including NHS doctors, nurses and supermarket workers, would still be able to attend school.
Hitting out at any parents who were not key workers but still trying to get their children to attend school, Piers said on GMB today: "Apparently there's a huge number of people that are going to pitch up with their kids, who are not key workers, they just want to get rid of their kids because it's all too much being a parent. "Well
