Coronavirus Scotland: 60 die from virus as confirmed cases reach 1993

60 people have died in Scotland from coronavirus  - an increase of 13 overnight.The number of confirmed cases has risen to 1993 – up 430 from Monday.

The sharp increase comes after one laboratory was unable to submit data over the weekend. A total of 135 patients are in intensive care, an increase of 27 overnight.1073 people across hospitals in Scotland have tested positive for coronavirus.
