The Scottish Government today said that 320 people have now tested positive for coronavirus in Lanarkshire.That is an increase of 36 new cases, up from 284 yesterday.It comes as 126 patients across Scotland who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have died.The test numbers for April 2 show:A total of 18,128 Scottish tests have concluded.
Of these:■ 15,526 tests were confirmed negative■ 2602 tests were positive■ 126 patients who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have died.First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said: “Coronavirus this is the biggest challenge of our lifetime and measures we take to tackle it must reflect the magnitude of that.“These measures are essential to slow down the spread of this virus.
