Comedian Lucy Beaumont has confessed to "sometimes feeling guilty" in the aftermath of her split from Jon Richardson, while also discussing her health disorder.Back in April, the 41 year old comedian announced via a joint statement on Instagram that she and her comedy partner would be parting ways after nine years of wedded bliss.
The pair have been a fixture on our screens since 2020, starring in Meet The Richardsons where they portray "exaggerated versions of themselves".Lucy, who bagged the BBC New Comedy award in 2012 and was crowned best newcomer at the Chortle awards the following year, first crossed paths with Jon at a comedy gig at the Fighting Cocks pub in Kingston upon Thames in 2013.After tying the knot in 2015, the couple quickly became a double act, conducting interviews together, performing comedy shows, participating in charity gigs, and even hosting their own Channel 4 game show, Jon and Lucy's Odd Couples, last year.
However, it was their fly-on-the-wall mockumentary Meet The Richardsons that catapulted Lucy into a new stratosphere of fame.
In 2023, Lucy received a Bafta TV award nomination for her role in the show, which was also crowned best comedy at the Broadcast Digital awards in 2022.
