Piers Morgan has shared his coronavirus test result, revealing he has not tested positive for the virus. The Good Morning Britain presenter was absent from his news programme on Monday after coming down with a ‘mild symptom’ and decided to be tested for Covid-19.
This afternoon he shared the details of the test, writing on Twitter:’UPDATE: My COVID-19 test was negative. ‘I was advised to take the test by my doctor after developing possible coronavirus symptoms, and was entitled to do so as a Govt-designated essential worker. ‘I’ll be back on @GMB as soon as my doctor advises I’m OK to return to work.’ Yesterday, Piers, 55, told his 7.4 million followers on social media: ‘On medical advice, and out of an abundance of caution for a mild
