Piers Morgan has hit back after managing to get a coronavirus test as a keyworker. The Good Morning Britain host - who has not appeared on the ITV show for two days running now - tested negative for COVID-19 after appearing to show symptoms of the deadly virus.
Piers, 55, has now hit back after being accused of somehow fiddling with the government definition of a keyworker in order to get a test.
One outraged follower, who has since deleted her tweet, accused the broadcaster of fibbing about his status, when all around the country, vulnerable people have not been able to be tested. "My daughter is a nurse - she's an essential worker," the angry follower pointed out.
