Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have given their support to King Charles, and Kate Middleton after they both revealed they were in need of hospital treatment this week.

According to The Mirror, a source revealed that “The King and the Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health.The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to pass on their concern and best wishes.” The move is widely considered by many to be an olive branch from the Prince and his wife, and comes two months on since Charles, 75, and Kate, 42, were publicly named in an alleged race row over the skin colour of Harry and Meghan’s eldest child, Prince Archie, four.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that King Charles was suffering from an enlarged prostate and would soon be admitted to hospital for treatment.

A statement from Buckingham Palace read: "In common with thousands of men each year, The King has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate.
