Prince William has provided an update on his wife Kate Middleton following her cancer diagnosis earlier this year. The Prince of Wales confirmed that the princess is "doing well" during a visit to a hospital on the Isles of Scilly.
During his visit to St Mary's Community Hospital, William was told about a new facility for health and social care that was being built near the hospital.
He was also given a letter by matron Lynda McHale which had been sweetly written by her granddaughter, wishing Kate and King Charles the best in her cancer recovery.
With the weather brighter, William said his children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were "very jealous" of his trip down south and is hoping to bring them to Cornwall later in the year.
