Raven-Symone Reveals How Old She Was When She Had Her First Breast Reduction Surgery
Raven-Symone opened up about undergoing a breast reduction surgery in her teens. The 38-year-old actress starred on the Disney Channel hit series That’s So Raven between 2003 and 2007.
During a recent episode of her Tea Time with Raven & Miranda podcast, Raven recalled having the surgery before the show premiered. Keep reading to find out more… “I had my first breast reduction at 15,” Raven said, with her wife Miranda Maday saying it was “traumatic.” Raven continued, saying, “I was a triple D all the way down to a B.” “Someone said I needed to do it in order to get a show,” she said when she was asked if it was her decision or if someone else recommended that she undergo the procedure.
She added that she wanted to have liposuction if they were going to do the breast reduction. The actress noted that things are different now, saying that she was “envious as f-ck.” “There’s this beautiful embracing of the body now that I didn’t get as a young girl,” she said.
