A young boy was rushed to hospital at the weekend after being hit by a car in Rutherglen. Emergency services responded to the collision that injured the youngster on Burnhill Street just after 2.30pm on Saturday, July 13.He was blue-lighted to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow for treatment but the nature of his condition remains unknown.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
