Strictly Come Dancing's Amy Dowden may have to bow out of the competition after a backstage collapse this weekend.The 34-year-old professional dancer and her celebrity partner JLS star JB Gill, impressed the judges with their foxtrot to Dancing In The Moonlight by Toploader on Saturday's latest instalment.Anton Du Beke hailed it as a "super duper performance", while Craig Revel Horwood suggested that JB could have taken his scarecrow role even further despite scoring a commendable 32 points.However, shortly after their performance, Amy reportedly felt suddenly unwell, leading to an ambulance being called 'as a precaution' reports the Daily Star.

Amy's representative has since stated: "Amy was feeling unwell and so an ambulance was called as a precaution. She is feeling much better and would like to thank the Strictly family for their love and concern.

We request Amy's privacy in matters of health is kindly respected."The popular dancer, who has been battling cancer for almost two years and also lives with Crohn's Disease, might face an early departure from the show, insiders suggest.
