GOOD Morning Britain has been hit with 76 Ofcom complaints as Piers Morgan returned to the show today. It appears not everyone was pleased to see the 55-year-old presenter back on the ITV show following a week-long break.
According to the TV watchdog, the "complaints relate to a range of issues, not specifically Piers Morgan." The TV host - who has received 4,000 Ofcom complaints so far this year - has divided the nation with his fierce debates and passionate rants surrounding the global pandemic in recent weeks.
Despite some backlash, Piers confirmed that he will remain on GMB alongside co-host Susanna Reid for the foreseeable in an interview with The Sun's TV Mag.
