Kerry Katona has shared a health update on her beloved mum, Sue, after she was rushed to hospital over the weekend.The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, was frantic with worry after doctors found clots on her mum’s lungs, and has now revealed that she sadly won't 'be coming home anytime soon'.

On Sunday, 27 October, Kerry took to her Instagram Stories to share the update, following the hospital dash and said: "Hi everyone, I'm just giving you an update on my mum.

She wants to say thank you so much for all her well wishes." After a brief pause, she continued: "An update on my mum's health, she's still not very well, there is a clot attached to her heart." Kerry then went on to speak directly to her mum as she said: "There are so many underlying problems with my mum, and I know she's going to be watching this.

She's still got a very wicked sense of humour and I will see you shortly, mother. "She's in the right place, I don't think you'll be coming home anytime soon mother, so me and Mr [the cat] are having fun as I can.
