Louise Thompson has shared her joy at being able to celebrate her son's third birthday amid her latest health battle.The 34 year old former Made In Chelsea star has been struggling with a list of health issues for the past few years - having been diagnosed with the chronic bowel disease ulcerative colitis in 2018, the autoimmune disease Lupus in 2022, and PTST stemming from the traumatic birth of her beloved son, Leo.

Louise, who featured on the hit E4 show from 2011–2020, shares her son with strapping fitness instructor fiancé Ryan Libbey, 34, who himself appeared on Made In Chelsea from 2016–2019.The couple have been engaged since 2018 and welcomed Leo on 16 November 2021.Taking to Instagram on Saturday, just days on from her latest hospitalisation, Louise shared a video montage of her son alongside an emotional tribute to him.The proud mum revealed that her latest trip to hospital had derailed fun birthday plans - but she shared her gratitude for being able to celebrate the day with him.

She wrote: "It's my son's 3rd birthday. We were meant to be in Somerset for some big fancy family do/ staycation with VIP zoo experiences, catered meals, entertainment, glamping lodges, etc etc.
