Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Piers Morgan has taken a swipe at his former Britain's Got Talent co-stars. Today, the presenter is known for hosting ITV's Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid.

However, back in 2007, Piers, 55, was on the judging panel of BGT alongside Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden. As the show returned for a new series last night, Piers wasted no time in getting a little dig in at Simon and Amanda, as well as hosts Ant and Dec.

Sharing a throwback snap of them all back in the day, Piers wrote: "As @bgt launches its 14th series tonight, here’s a throwback to the first one back in 2007.
