Piers Morgan's son has rejected his apology after he grovelled on live TV about not seeing him for three months. Spencer Morgan, 26, tweeted a video of his dad speaking about him on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday.

In the clip Piers read out his son's tweet that said: "When your dad hasn't seen you in person in nearly three months, cheers @PiersMorgan." Piers, 55, explained that he had been speaking to all of his children on FaceTime but was looking forward to seeing them all when the coronavirus lockdown is over - as soon as he's been to the pub, that is.
