Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Piers Morgan shared a touching moment with his young daughter Elise after he settled down at home. The Good Morning Britain presenter, 55, revealed a softer side while he pulled funny faces and played with different camera tricks alongside the youngster, eight.

They both beamed and laughed at the camera while taking a number of shots over the course of the afternoon. Proud dad Piers shared the entertaining pictures with his fans to lighten the mood amid coronavirus.

While he has been working hard on Good Morning Britain, Piers also showed he had been taking time to be with his family. The star poked fun at the UK lockdown with his witty caption. "Lockdown lunacy," he wrote.
