The One Show viewers were moved as Springwatch presenter Chris Packham candidly discussed the "challenges" of living with an incurable illness.

Diagnosed with Meniere's disease in his 30s, Chris has been using hearing aids to manage the condition. Meniere's disease is a rare, chronic disorder that affects the inner ear, leading to symptoms like tinnitus, vertigo, and hearing loss.

Sharing his personal journey on The One Show, Chris expressed: "For me to really be able to appreciate nature, I don't just need to be able to see it I need to be able to hear it.
