A woman unleashed a rant after being caught travelling across the border to a Welsh beach in lockdown – before admitting her ignorance at not realising the country is not part of England.

Lockdown measures between the two countries have been different in recent weeks since Prime Minister Boris Johnson advised that the UK could ease coronavirus lockdown measures to allow longer distance travel to exercise.

However the Welsh government rejected the UK government advice in favour of retaining strict lockdown measures that prevent the public leaving home other than to exercise for one hour, go to the doctor, or visit shops for essentials and medical provisions.
