Queen Elizabeth II was suffering far more than anyone realized in her final months before passing away in early September of 2022.

That’s according to a forthcoming memoir by former United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson, at least. The memoir, entitled Unleashed, will be released in the UK on October 10.

But excerpts of the book are floating around, and at least one small section is causing major shock among royal family watchers and supporters.
