Coronavirus lockdown-flouting Brits going sunbathing 'are breaking the law'

Matt Hancock has made a TV appearance warning that sunbathing is illegal and distancing rules are "not a request, it is a requirement in law and people need to follow it".

This comes on the hottest day of the year so far as Britain is baked by a mini-heatwave – so if people want to legally sunbath they will have to do it at home or not at all.
