Piers Morgan blasts 'moron' who breaks social distancing rules during live interview

Piers Morgan was forced to apologise to Edward Argar today after a “moron” on a bicycle crashed his live GMB interview. The ITV host was speaking to the health minister, who was standing outside, about Boris Johnson’s condition in ICU when the cyclist rode up close to him holding a mobile phone.

Mr Argar appeared to not notice what happened and carried on discussing the prime minister’s condition. Mr Johnson was moved to a critical care unit at St Thomas' Hospital in central London on Monday night after his condition worsened.
