It’s been more than a month since the British public was first asked to stay home to save the NHS and save lives. Now it is understood the UK could be moving into the so-called phase two of the coronavirus lockdown.
Brits are hoping for some light at the end of the tunnel, with some easing of the strict measures. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is back at work after suffering from a serious bout of Covid-19, said lifting restrictions will be a gradual process.
He also warned that the UK was still at “maximum risk” from Covid-19, and now was not the time to lift lockdown completely. But with phase one of the UK coronavirus lockdown ending, what does phase two entail?
