Boris Johnson is keen to relax the two-metre rule, but his scientific advisers are warning it's far too soon for that. On Wednesday the Prime Minister hosted the daily Downing Street briefing in which he hinted the Government is considering more easing of lockdown restrictions as the number of coronavirus cases slowly decreases. "We are seeing continuous falls in this disease, in deaths, in incidents," he said. "That's why we've been able to take the very cautious steps that we have. "We want to take some more steps to unlock our society and try to get back to as normal as soon as possible. "Eventually I would like to do such things as reducing the two metre rule, for instance."
