A Britain's Got Talent favourite is still in hospital after a terrifying injury sustained during the grand finale of this year's competition.
A performer from the Ssaulabi Performance Troupe was whisked away to hospital just as the ITV talent show wrapped up earlier this month. The injury reportedly occurred during a daring aerial stunt in the live final, which ended with vocalist Sydnie Christmas taking the 2024 title.
The mishap unfolded when two members of the Korean martial arts ensemble accidentally crashed into each other mid-air instead of breaking a wooden block.
Alesha Dixon, one of the judges, spotted one of the troupe members hobbling off stage after their act. It has now emerged that the injured performer remains in hospital, undergoing rehabilitation to walk once more.
