Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan was pleased to see his eldest son Spencer today, as they reunited at the park, while making sure they stuck to social distancing guidelines.

The controversial host revealed that he hadn't seen his 26-year-old lad in three months, with coronavirus lockdown meaning they couldn't meet.

Sharing a selfie of the two of them online, Piers could be seen close up to the camera, smiling as he put a thumb up. Meanwhile, Spencer could be seen in the background wearing a black t-shirt and shorts combo, while putting both his thumbs up to the camera too.

Piers wrote in the caption: "Nice to see you again son, albeit from two metres." He added the hashtag "three month reunion".
