Piers Morgan has been hit with 712 more Ofcom complaints today following his fiery interview with Victoria Atkins. The 55-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter didn't hold back during the explosive interview which saw him grill Minister Atkins for safeguarding.
The Minister was brought on the breakfast news show to talk about a domestic abuse bill, on the government’s provisions of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Following the interview, TV watchdog Ofcom confirmed to Metro.co.uk that it has received 712 complaints so far regarding the interview with Atkins.
A spokesperson told the publication: "We are assessing the complaints against our broadcasting rules, but are yet to decide whether or not to investigate." The segment in
