An East Kilbride-based laundry company have secured Royal Bank of Scotland funding to support operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.Cathkin Clean Scotland, based in Kelvin Industrial Estate, provides commercial laundry, dry-cleaning and linen hire services to a cross-section of essential industries throughout Scotland and has been lending support to the NHS.Cathkin – a subsidiary of Aberdeen Laundry Service (ALS) – has responded to the NHS’s increased linen and laundry service requirements.The social distancing measures implemented in response to the coronavirus outbreak, have temporarily halted ALS’s operations in the events and hospitality industry.The funding received from Royal Bank of Scotland has allowed the company to continue to
