Medics rush to treat Gemma Collins' fiancé Rami Hawash after emergency call

Essex icon Gemma Collins took to Instagram to share the harrowing news of her fiancé Rami Hawash being treated by medics after and emergency call last night.

While it is undisclosed why Rami needed medical attention, Gemma posted the photo thanking the "amazing ambulance". Posting a picture of Rami on the sofa with the ambulance staff surrounding him, she captioned the picture: "Thank you to the amazing ambulance service who came for rami last night thankfully he will be ok," with a love heart emoji.The reality star then added love hearts all around the picture, covering the medics' faces.
