Piers Morgan has sparked another 966 Ofcom complaints after his second row with Helen Whately on Good Morning Britain. The 55-year-old television presenter was having a fiery debate with the the Health and Social Care Minister on Wednesday's show.
He slated her for not knowing the country's care home death toll amid the coronavirus crisis. As he blasted the MP for Faversham and Mid Kent, he branded the situation in care homes a "scandal of epic proportions".
Viewers were enraged after seeing his brutal interview with the MP and felt he was being too harsh. Their first clash last week sparked nearly 2,000 complaints to Ofcom, and now this one already has 966.
