Coronation Street fans' hope for Toyah Habeeb as she's rocked by cancer diagnosis
Coronation Street fans have issued the same hope for Toyah Habeeb after she was given a shock cancer diagnosis. It was previously believed that the character was pregnant after sleeping with her sister's partner Nick Tilsley.
However, it was then later revealed that Toyah wasn't pregnant with a miracle child, after previously being told she was unable to conceive, and that heartbreakingly a growth has been found on one of her ovaries and that she could have ovarian cancer.
She has since undergone more tests and during Monday night's Corrie (July 22), Toyah was seen being called into the hospital to be given her results.
After Leanne Battersby's involvement with The Insitute, Toyah decided to go to the appointment without her support, worried she'll turn to reality coding to help.
