Piers Morgan found himself getting emotional on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, as he continued to host the latest updates amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Susanna Reid's co-host was "moved" and visibly overwhelmed as he talked to those impacted by COVID-19 and shared the latest news on cases and those who have sadly died.
While cases in the UK have soared above 40,000, as of Tuesday there had been over 6,000 deaths. Piers spoke to one survivor of the virus, who had tragically lost his dad to the disease last month while his mother and sister were also hospitalised with COVID.
Hylton Murray-Philipson was recently released from hospital after 12 days, five of which were in intensive care. Speaking of his darkest moments, he revealed his
