Former Emmerdale actress Jenna Coleman has revealed that she is pregnant with her first baby. The Doctor Who star, 38, displayed her blossoming bump while attending a glitzy exhibition opening at Chatsworth House on Wednesday night (19 June).
Jenna, who played Jasmine Thomas in Emmerdale until 2009, was photographed cradling her large bump as she posed at the historic venue during the opening of Imaginary Conversations: An ERDEM Collection Inspired by Duchess Deborah. The happy news comes just a few months after the actress refused to be drawn into speculation that she'd married her director boyfriend, Jamie Childs, after she was spotted with a ring on her engagement finger.
The couple met in 2020 on the set of the smash Netflix series The Sandman, in which Jenna played the lead and Jamie was director.
She has never spoken publicly of her relationship with him, and has yet to speak about her pregnancy. There have also been no clues on her social media, and there was no sign of a baby bump in recent pictures released by the BBC to plug her new crime drama, The Jetty, in which she plays rookie detective Ember Manning in a scenic Lancashire lake town.
